26 & 2 Yoga- Unheated

A set series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a 60 minute unheated format. Performed in a specific sequence and order to flush out every system in the body while creating strength, flexibility, focus and endurance. This system was designed scientifically and systematically to help heal and balance all body types no matter your experience or skill level.

HIIT Pilates

HIIT Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Using low impact high intensity pilates principles, exercises can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level. This class highlights the enormous benefits of high Intensity training with all of the control and precision of Pilates.

HIIT Pilates with Weights

The primary benefit to adding weights to your HIIT Pilates exercises is to add tone and strength to all muscle groups particularly core muscles including back, stomach, shoulders & chest. A full body workout to make you feel energized and STRONG!!

Zumba

Join the Party! Zumba class takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a dance fitness party. It’s a super effective and super fun way to get in shape!

Vinyasa 1 Flow-

A class that will open your heart, hips, and mind! Vinyasa style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Starting with a gentle stretch, then a sequence (flow) and then down to the mat for core and hip work. This class will leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and deeply connected to both your body and your breath.

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow, soothing, and meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body. Yin is a relaxed, passive style of yoga that involves holding poses, or asanas in Sanskrit, for longer durations (3-5 minutes). A yin yoga practice is a welcome addition to any yoga, fitness, or healthy lifestyle routine.This slow, gentle form of yoga is the perfect complement to a hectic, fast-paced life or intense workouts.
